Entre Dos Mundos (Between Two Worlds)

Acrylic and oil paint sticks
36×48

“Entre Dos Mundos” explores the space between the earthly and the spiritual — a realm where identity, ancestry, instinct, and memory coexist. Inspired by the Mexican symbol of the eagle and serpent, this painting reflects the tension and balance between power and survival, sky and earth, destiny and transformation.

The fantastical colors move the scene beyond realism and into a symbolic sub-realm, where emotion and ancestral energy live. The glowing pinks, purples, and electric tones represent a world shaped not only by history, but by spirit, dreams, and cultural memory. Through this piece, I wanted to create a vision that feels both deeply personal and universally mythological.
